Legal Question in Personal Injury in Minnesota

back on the job

.. i have been going through therapy for my back the past year because of a twist i turned my back ich left me in unbearable pain,, I went on vaction for a week, and didnt return since (2006 summer ) they hired me on as a Para during e summer months this year ..Which i was greatful for.. not many hours but it helped me out ..i can do my Para job in the classroom during the school year ,, but my back becomes easily irrated , with just some everyday lifting and bending in my flower garden .. I guess I am wondering what shoulod I do.. i feel i can no longer do the full time cleanig job and to look outside of that I cant see myself doing a whole lot of lifting or pushing or pulling any more.. I am 52 but I never had a back problem until this happened,, All they have given me so far is a therapy,, Which i fell does help me ..UNTIl i do anything with lifting bending or pushing... it might be from arthritis the therapist mentioned .. but they have never given me an MRI,,, What should I do???? insist an MRI and if it is arthritis is that where it stops.. I never had truoble with my back before,,
