Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

I got divorced over two years ago, and my husband's Minnesota rental property (in his name only) was supposed to be put in a trust for the children, but due to conflict of interest regarding beneficiaries and executors and other reasons, we never created the trust (mutually agreed). My question is this....could my ex-husband sell this rental property now without my signature and participation in the sale? I never wrote a quit-claim on this property.
