Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota

illegal automible lights

In Minnesota, what do the laws state as illegal lighting or as a justifiable pull-over(because of illegal lighting), on a valid, up to date moving vehicle (1967 Oldsmobile 98)? Special attention to the rear licence plate would realy help.Thank you very much the help will be grately appreciated.

It would be much easier to answer your question if you addressed what they claim the illegal lighting is. Too broadly answer that question would take great deal of space and listing of exceptions to the general rule.

However, as a general rule, if you had a light which was burnt out that is usually enough to be pulled over.
