Valitity of a will after marriage

If a single person has a will,does marriage invalidate that will in favor of laws whch effect a spouse?

Yes.

But, it would still be a really good idea to do a new will after getting married. Otherwise you would be trusting the law to do what it is supposed to do, which I have found to be a really bad idea.
