I have a contract with an airport development group that has been in the works over a year. We have obtained performance and payment bonds as well as made agreements and plans with sub contractors. They sent me an email saying that the funding had been pulled and they rescinded our bid award. I have not actually started the physical work but lots of time and effort. Over a years worth. What can we do?
