Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

The ex is behind in child support, well over ten thousand dollars. He has remarried and has moved to another state. He does not show income and has not filed taxes, although he is self-employed. If I take him back to court, can I have the visitatio modified so that i have full custody with visitation limited?

PROBABLY, AND YOU PROBABLY CAN HAVE HIM ARRESTED FOR FAILING TO SUPPORT THE CHILD. CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE FOR HELP IN THAT AREA.
