Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

Emancipation

At what age is a child considered emancipated? My son is 21 years old, and employed full time. He also still lives at home and is a full time college student. My ex-husband is trying to stop child support on him because he is now 21 and he says that he is considered emancipated. Is this correct?
