Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

I live in Mississippi. My spouse may be seeing someone else when I'm at work. I have been thinking about using a GPS logger to record her travels. Is this legal in Mississippi and would the evidence be enough to prove adultry in court?

Thank you for your help

The evidence is admissible but in order to prove adultery you have to prove your spouse was in a position to be able to commit adultery and once in such a position was inclined to do so. The Courts refer to this as "opportunity and inclination" where given the opportunity to commit adultery the spouse is inclined to do so. Actual visual evidence is good but not required.
