Recording without permission

I have a recording of my husband threatening me several times but he doen't know that I recorded it.Is there any way that this recording can be intoduced as evidence in court even though he did not agreed to it?

Yes, this recording can be introduced as evidence in any court case between you and him if it is relevent to the issues. His knowledge or permission is not required.

Much like politicians should, we all should assume that everything we say is being recorded by someone.
