spouse failure to sign sign divorce papers

Spouse signed divorce papers, but paperwork was revised by judge. Papers revised and now spouse will not sign. What actions can be taken for spouse to sign? Or is a signature required due to him signing the original?

I�m not sure what document your referring to; I�m guessing it is either a final decree of divorce or the property settlement. Usually, once the Judge has signed off on something, no other signature is required. Did you do this yourself or did you have an attorney?
