'' what can I do ''

I am in the process of disability and can not work. I can not pay my rent untill I can get my disability. what are my rights and can I be evicted?

Your rights are basically in the lease subject to requirements of the Miss. Residential Landlord Tenant Act, Title 89 Chapt 8, Miss. Code. Ann. (1972). The following is a link to the chapter.
