what does a right of way to land locked property give to the person who has the right of way? can a right of way be deeded to another person. What rights does the land owner of the property have over the right of way?

Re: right of way

One who owns land that does not have road access (ie. it is landlocked) is entitled to a right of way to the nearest road. He is not entitled to pick one road over another. It's simply the closest one. All landowners between "landlocked" owner and the road must allow access by "LL" owner to his property.
