ownership of a vehicle
my husband is disabled and can not write, speak or drive. how do i change title of vehicle into my name

If he can indicate his assent to the signing of the title document in some way in front of a disinterested witness, another person can sign his name for him on the title document. However, this is not a routine thing to do so the tax collector's office may hesitate to change their documents on that basis. In that case, you may need to have a guardianship established.
