Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri

I have a small business that is struggling because of credit card debt, we are a partnership and a llc. Can we file bankruptcy and still stay in business under the current business name?

There may be chapters of the bankruptcy code that will allow the business to continue. It might require the partners to file for bankruptcy as well as the LLC. These determinations are very fact dependent. Therefore, you and your partners should consult direclty with a bankruptcy attorney in your area, before deciding how to handle this debt.
