How do i prove race and color discrimination in banking?

To answer that question I need more information. Are you talking about discrimination in lending, employment, or other business practices? Generally speaking the best way to prove discrimination is by comparing each transaction or employment decision the bank makes with members of the group with similar transactions or employment decisions with persons outside that protected group. It can be a very time consuming process and can be difficult because the bank is not going to be very cooperative. You need a good faith basis to file a lawsuit, but once you get into court the Rules of Civil Procedure are available to force the bank to disclose the information you will need to make a case.
