Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

I posted an ad on craigslist for a model to pose nude for me. A woman responded and we did a photo shoot. I paid her an hourly wage. there was no contract. a month or so later i e-mailed her and asked her if it was ok if i shared some of her pictures with an internet group. She never responded, so I posted the pictures. now a month more later she e-mailed me and claimed she forbid me from sharing her pictures and that she was seeking criminal and/or civil charges. I feel i did nothing wrong as there was no contract i breached and i asked her for permission to post her pictures and she never responded. I also feel that since I paid her for the shoot, that the pictures are my property. Please advise. Thanks so much.
