Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
on April 21,2009 my son was put into foster care. The reason was that him and another child used the same mental health prefessional. The other child said that son told him that he was going to bring a gun to school an shoot a teacher the last day of school. My son never said it and was hosiptalized after I refused to have him hosiptalized myself. Now he's in foster care for medical negect. He was at mental hospital for 8-10 days and they found nothing wrong but that he was a little depressed.
