Re: taking ownership of property

It is my understanding that a horse trialer requires alicense plate. As such, there may be a process through the department of revenue to transfer the title to licensable property abandoned on private property. Contact the department of revenue in Jefferson City. They may be able to instruct you as to what forms to complete and submit. If not, you may need to fiel an action toi quiet title to the property, through the circuit court in the county where the property is. The first you may be able to do on your own. The court case is probably best handled by an attorney.

Good Luck
