race discrimination
i strongly believe i have been discriminated against because of my race at my workplace. what can i do about this legally?

Contact the Missouri Human Rights Commission in Jefferson City (or your local area) right away. There is a very short statute of limitations (180 days) and there are procedures that must be followed to preserve your claim. Contact the MHRC immediately. They have a toll free number that you can get from information.
