money owed to me

someone ows me money;I have no

contract on this; but have witnesses.

How do i get my money?

You make written demand for the debt, and if he does not pay, and it is within statutory guidelines, fiel suit in small claims court, You will then bring your witnesses to court to testify as to the debt. If the debt is larger than just a few hundred, you might do well to hire an attorney to represent you.
