Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

The question : can this person sue me" is almost alwyas answered "yess." The real question is are the likely to sue you and will they be successful? If the debtor is paying the stated amount due each month, then it is highly unlikely that a creditor woudl file suit. If they sued such adebtor, they woudl likely not prevail, as there is nto outstanding debt owed (since the amoutn due is paid each month)
