Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

I am being taking to court by someone & I am making a $50.00 a month payment to. Can they do That?

It depends what your agreement is. If it is $50 a month, and I won't sue, than they cannot take judgment as long as you're current on your payments. If not, than they may convince a judge to grant judgment. But, if they accept a payment after filing suit, and before you're served, it might hurt their case.
