Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Basic info for my question is, my nephew & girlfriend are harrassed by cops, on a raid of their home cops got a Zanax pill and then a warrant was put out for the girlfriend then my nephew. My nephew wasnt home when they found the pill, the girlfriend was. My nephew has severe ms and has a prescription for zanax. THe prosecutor has been notified but at a hearing offered him 7 yr probation . How can this be legal what they are doing?

Does your nephew have an attorney? If not, he should hire one. The attorney may be able to get the charge dismissed.
