Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My brother is on federal Parole, He was picked up at my house for a violation when they picked him up they found weed which belonged to me. the marshalls refused to believe it was mine. Now my brothers lawyer wants me to stand up in a federal courtroom and say it was mine. Will i face charges if i do so and if so who will charge me Federal State or City
