Drug possession
I was pulled over and given a ticket for driving on a suspended license and possession of marijuana. I had a small amount of marijuana, under $10 worth. What charges am I facing. I was pulled over in a very small municipality area.

The charges you are facing are cited on the tickets you received. You may be facing charges of violating the municipal ordinances, the county ordinances, the state statutes or some combination of these laws. You definitely need to hire an attorrey to try to avoid taking any convictions on these charges if at all possible. There are very serious negative consequences that will follow a conviction.
