Re: Three felony charge's

If your daughter is represented by an attorney she should get all of her legal advice from that attorney. If she is not represented she should be! Obviously, the worst thing that could happen is that she could be convicted and sentenced to the maximum prison term on all charges and that those sentences would run consecutively. The best would be if she could sucessfully defend those charges. If she does not have an attorney, you or your daughter may contact me for a consultation. I have defended hundreds of people charged with felonies over the thirty years I have been practicing law.

Unfortunately, there is no way to really answer that question without gathering the facts and contacting the prosecutor assigned to the case and determining which felony charges are pending. Accordingly, I would highly recommend that you consult with a criminal defense attorney. The attorney will be able to gather this information and give you a good evaluation of where you stand. The attorney can also tell you what the sentencing guidelines are given the facts involved. Morever, the attorney can detect whether or not your daughter has a chance of beating the charges by disproving elements of the state's case. Please let me know if you would like to discuss further.

Please be advised that no attorney client relationship exists between us unless or until I have agreed to represent you in writing.
