Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
my fiancee had a warrant from alabama but was picked up on the warrant in missouri . He is being held in missouri jail now waiting on alabama to come and pick him up if they even come. I am wondering what i could do to help speed up the transfer or if there is a time frame that alabama must come and pick him up in.

If you are able to invest enough moneym, you might be able to hire an attorney who could look into the Extradition process in this particular situation. It may be possible to file for a Writ of Habeus Corpus or some othe legal process to deal with this problem.
