Re: probation violation

Your PO will most likely find out about the violation. Then, there will be a violation hearing in front of a judge who will decide whether or not to revoke your probation. I would suggest that you consult with an attorney as soon as possible to go through all of your options.

Re: probation violation

One of the conditions of your probation was to report any arrest to you Proation Officer, and probably within 24 hours. So, by not reporting, you are violating one of the conditions of your probation, and thereby giving the authorities yet another reason to revoke your probation. The previous response was absolutely correct in that the authorities will know about your DWI (except in extremely rare circumstances). there is no doubt that you should consult with an attorney and hire an attorney to represent you in this matter. Good luck!
