what can i do if i have a wanted by a municiplatiy for a bad check. can i just pay off the check and the fees

Paying the check and fines will not hurt your situation. It iwll nto automatically remove teh warrant. But, after paying the check and fines, you might successfully ask for the Warrant to be recalled. If you do not hire an attorney to represent you before the ocurt, you might consider hiring one to draft your motion to recall the warrant.
