Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

If a warrant is served and bond set I understand that you are allowed to post and leave with conditions to the bond. I don't understand why, after those conditions have been violated, a new warrant issued for failure to obey the judge and motion to revoke bond is sustained by the judge, how or why a person is allowed to just post bond again? Can someone help me understand this?

Until found guilty, all defendants are presumed to be innocent. We (USA) don't jail the innocent. Each judge decides the severity of each alleged breach of the conditions of a bond. It appears that in the case you described, the judge decided that the defendant was not an immenent threat to commit aspecifc crime or to evade the process of determing whether they can be proved to be guilty of the crime they are alleged to have committed. If you were asking about Russia or Brazil, the answer might be different. We are stuck with this little thing calle dthe Consititution. It limits the power of a judge to just lock someon up cause it feels right.

Good luck
