You could try to go in front of the judge and explain the situation and get a dismissal. This would be the absolute cheapest way to get it taken care of. However, most judges will not grant a dismissal on an alcohol related offense like this. Your other option would be to hire an attorney to help you. Give me a call or email if you would like to discuss further. Also, your other option would be to do nothing, pay the fine and have the charge on your record.
