Two things. One, is you said that your legal question pertains to the state of MO, but you posted it for a SC attorney. If this is a MO legal question then you need to repost it for an attorney in that state. Two, your question is vague and hard to follow. You may want to make it a little clearer for whoever in MO reads it.

Driving while intoxicated is considered a serious offense and carries very serious negative consequences for you unless it is handled correctly. If you do not already have an attorney, there is absolutely no doubt in the world that you need to hire one. An attorney will advise you concerning the legal process, your rights under the law and also whether or not the prosecutor will be likely to obtain a conviction. An attornery will either be able to defend the charge against you or negotiate a plea bargain which might aloow you to avoid jail, avoid large fines, avoid a conviction on you rrecord, and perhaps avoid the suspension or revocation of your driving privileges. It is really very important for you to contact an attorney in the geographical area where you are supposed to appear in court as soon as possible. If you would like to talk with me about it, you may call me for a free telephone consultation.
