In the state of missouri can a person be a booking agent and a manager for an entertainer?

Yes, provided the fiduciary duty of both is to the principal and not third parties. More problematic would be where the booking agent or manager handles multiple competing clients who compete for the same bookings. If you mean a booking agent for one client and a manager for another client, that is perilous and would be a definite legal risk if the clients compete for bookings.

If you can be more specific as to whether you mean only for the same entertainer or for different entertainers, that would help get a more correct answer.

If it is multiple entertainers, you need to get an attorney before doing it, so the attorney can guide you and keep you on a good legal pathway. Otherwise you are heading for trouble.
