without an attorney can I file something for temporary child support

I am unsure what you mean by +"something" but there are a few pro se applications for a support order that the clerks of the county where the child resudes, can help yu complete/ You may want to use an attorney to help you draft your documents, and save the expense of having them arfue your Motion/application.
