Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Child Custody

My ex-girlfriend and i have a 10month old son. we need to go through with the court decision still. being the father of the child, and seeing as she has already been doing this, i'm afraid that she'll try to keep me from seeing him by basically ''teasing'' me with him and then telling me that she's got other plans. even with a court order what would happen if she does this and right now is it illegal for her to do so? i've heard of custodial interference but since the only time that i can see him right now is if i come over to her house i didnt know if that is applicable, (she has post-partum depression and doesn't ''trust me'') Please help!!

Re: Child Custody

Until you have a Court Order, you have no legal rights to see the child at all.
