what is the for a child that is in college to be cut off of child support

You may want to read the child support statute which provides a list of requirements for a child support obligation to contnue for a child enrolled in college. There are various ways in which the child may no longer qualify for continued child support. If so, you can file a Motion to Terminate the child support obligation.
