The statute requires the child to enroll full-time by October first after graduating from high school, requires the child to pass 12 or 15 credit hours per semester, and requires the child to provide the parent paying child support grades and schedules so that that parent will know whether or rnot the child is complying with the rest of the statutory requirements. You should read the statute or consult with an attorney.
