It is possible to collect child support from booth distracted or divorced parents, if you are providing shelter or carte for their child. It is very trade for a parent to be able to obtain support ( through the courts) from the other parent and someone else simultaneously. It usually only happens in the case of under aged mother collection from the father and his parents.
