Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Divorce! Child support

Hi , I have been payong my Ex wife child support for 10years with payments of 350 per month.

Well can't seem to do it right......getting another divorce with another child involved. I make 15.00 an hour now. My wife makes more than I do....about 42,000+...........what can I expect with this situation. My take home now is about 400 weekly after taxes and medical. I just kind of want an idea. I just don't see anything good out of this at all and am extremely nervous. thank you very much

Re: Divorce! Child support

Your child support will be calculated using form 14 which takes into consideration the relative incomes of the divorcing couple and the child support you are already paying. If you are going to get divorced, you should be consulting with an attorney as soon as possible.
