Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I'm going through a divorce/custody battle and my soon to be ex has a felony dwi, on probation and has no license for 10 years. He is fighting for custody, I have nothing on me and we live in 2 different school districts. Should I be concerned?

I hope that you have an attorney represnting you in these proceedings. If so, you should discuss everything with you own attorney and obtain your legal advice from him or her. If you do not have an attorney, it certainly sounds like you need one. The attorney would subpoena the proper records to be able to prove up the problems with your husband. Custody battles can become quite expensive, both in attorney's fees and in costs incurred.
