Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have been divorced from my ex husband for nearly a year now. In the divorce decree it states that I got the home. I was able to get a loan modification after our divorce that required that only I signed for since the divorce papers said that I got the property. Now my ex is saying I have to refinance the loan because his name is technically still on it. I owe more that the property is worth right now (like everybody else it seems) and as a single person I can't get a loan to cover the amount. He is insisting that I do something about this but it really is out of my control. He is also saying that he should have a key to the property since his name is still on the loan. He is also harrassing me and saying he will ruin me financially, personally, in my workplace and in my school (I'm currently in nursing school) and he called the HR department at the hospital that is associated with my school and made a false accusation that I was doing drugs. Is there anything I can do to get him to stop?

You don't have to refinance unless you Judgment says you do. His problem, not yours.

If you can prove he was the one making the false accusation, you could request a protective order for his harassment.
