Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

gardianship

Hello, My Sister has a 5 year old who she was made to sign over gardianship to our Adoptive Parents a few years back. There was no need for them to come and take her child away. Yet it was still done. She still has her Parental Rights. She wants her Daughter back and our Parents said No. She has a job like she did before they took her Daughter away. We live in Missouri and she has called to talk to Attorneys but they want money which everything she makes goes to bills, clothes, food ETC for her kids. Our Parents were mean and hateful to us so I am not sure how they could get my Sisters rights taken away and then be given rights to her Daughter. Is there a way to get her Daughter back if she could go to court? They keep telling her she is never going to get her Daughter back. Yes my Sister had problems in the past but not for about 3 years. Is there anything you can help me with let me know where I can help her turn to? Please get back to me. Thank youLaura

Re: gardianship

Something as important as regaining a child seems important enough to find a way to come up with the money for an attorney.
