Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Can my husband come to my house while seperated?

Can my husband come over to the house I reside at while we are going threw a divorce? He moved out, but continues to come on the property and listen to my phone calls from the barn. Can he do this or is there a way I can keep him from harassing me?

In a general sense, you should consider a restraining order preventing him from coming within 100 yards of you and your residence.

For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
