Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

In Missouri, if a couple have a baby together and he later decides he doesn't believe the child is his, who has to pay for the paternity test? If he wants his name removed from the birth certificate, is that possible and what has to be done to remove it if it is possible?

There is a specific statute that provides for three ways to try to set aside an affidavit of paternity. The cost of the DNA tests would be subject to Court Order. Depending upon how long ago the affidavit was signed, the father might be able to have it set aside administratively or he might have to file a lawsuit.
