Moving out

I am a sixteen year old female living in the state of missouri. I would like to move out of my mother's house. Three months ago I did so and stayed gone for three days and then she called runaway on me and I was obligated to spend the night in the city juvinile. Would it be legal for me to move out at the age of 16?
