Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Relocation with a child

I am still married and I have a child support order for my daughter, that my husband still doesn't comply with. He is not order any visitation and I am wanting to move out of state. He was just faced a court martial and was kicked out of the military. He enlisted after we spit up and just moved back to Missouri. Should I have an issue moving out of the state?

Re: Relocation with a child

Explain to me how you can be married to the man and have court ordered child support. No matter, you will need to comply with teh relocation statute. Perhaps you should consult with an attorney in your area.
