Do I have to send my child to her father if he is behind on Child Support according to Missouri law?

If you refuse to send her, he might be able to agate his support, and you might lose custody. Do you really want to be paying him support, because you got offended? If he is filing or refusing to pay, take im to court. Don't put yourself in a vulnerable position by disobeying the Court's visitation Order.
