Termination of parental rights

My sonwas taken 3 and a half months ago he is now 5 months almost 6. I am in DFS/CPS custody also I left the state and they are trying to call abandonment on me. Is there anything i can do to do my best to keep this from hapining. I have herd that if youkeep incontact wright call atleast once or twice a week they can not terminate you parental rights and I did have a writen service agreement and I compleated everything on it in time I took Anger managment, Parenting classes took a pshych evaluation, and I took a drug and alcohol evaluation, I got my G.E.D. I started collage, and i got a job

It appears that your child was taken by cps. If that is the case you have only 6 months in which to reunify with your child. If you do not reunify within that time your parental rights will be terminated. You cannot reunify with your child unless you live close enough to have regular visitation.
