If you were nto notified directly or be formal subsitution, and your existence and whereabouts were readily knowable, then you may be able to undue the adoption. You should consult directly with counsel as soon as practicable. It may be best to find an attonrey close to the county where the termination took place. Many attorneys offer a free ro low cost initial consultaiton. Find one to assess how you were supposedly notified of the pending termination and adoption. The longer you sit in this informration the less likely a court will undue the termination and adoption.
Good luck
