Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Last year a motions to modify was settled in court. Now ex has quit job and health insurance has stopped which he was suppose to provide. I have to pay 240.00 for health insurance for our daughter. Am I able to take this back to court to modify child support to include the 240.00 that I am now paying ?

I agree with the above answer, but as a practical matter, you should consider the cost of going back to Court. If your Judgment provides for attorney's fees, you may be able to recover your expenses from your "ex"
